The Dunlop Aerogel 4D Pro GT-X Squash Racket is designed for advanced players looking for a frame that provides supreme performance.

Aerogel is a remarkable material; it is the world’s lightest solid, which has a strength of up to 4000 times its own weight. The three dimensional nanometer-sized molecular network delivers an unmatched strength to weight ratio for enhanced stiffness and increased power without increasing weight.

4D braiding stands for four directional braiding constructed using four braided fibres of superlight S-glass fibre wrapped in an aluminium alloy sheath. The multidirectional nature of the fibres enables stresses to be supported in multiple directions, whereas standard carbon sheets are only oriented in one direction.

This means that one layer of 4D material has the equivalent properties to four layers of standard carbon layered up at different directions. As a result rackets with 4D BRAIDED technology use only one layer instead of several which makes for superb touch and feel at ball contact.
